24 New Offspring
Thursday night I was hit with a surprise my pregnant platy female gave birth to 20 healthy baby fish. I quicky grabbed my net and started scooping them into the breeder container so they wouldn’t get eaten by there mother.

The mother still looks pregnant so I may have more babies coming, will have to wait and see.

congrats on the babies, I woke up too to find a bunch of babies. Instead of taking them out and put them into a breeder container cause when i did do that they all died on me I put lots of bushy plants in the aquarium and left them floating at the top instead of anchoring them in the bottom and had more success that way
