Car is Winterized

First snow fall was today 2cm in the high parts of the city and man am I happy I took off my 15″ low profile tires and mags and put back my 13″ steel wheels. I did it last saturday after work and at the same time I raised the front coilovers 3 turns and the back 2 turns. So now it sits a little bit high but gives it more clearance when the real snow start falling in January.

I took another picture, she looks a bit plain jane again but who cares atleast my mags and tires are gonna be all clean and ready to go come spring time.

K Series Engine into 1978 Honda Civic

I found an article of a K20A2 engine from a 2001-2006 Acura RSX engine being swapped into a 1978 Honda Civic. The K20A2 is a DOHC VTEC engine with 11:1 compression ratio and 200HP / 142ft/lbs. So adding this powerful engine into a car from 1978 of such less weight would be it fly.

Baby Angel Fish From Eggs

Few weeks ago I had my 2 adult size angel fish lay eggs on a shark ornament in my turtle tank and 2 days later they started to wiggle. I grabbed my net and scooped them out into a plastic cup and about 4 days later the eggs turned into little baby fish but still unable to swim just wiggle. I took them out of the cup and into a breeder container that was in my 29 gallon tank and left them there. Well next day i guess they finally started to swim and they swam thru the holes of the breeder container and got eaten by the other fish in the tank. I did manage to take a picture of how they looked in the breeder take a look below you will see them. They had eggs again last week and I a special breeding container made out of netting but again it failed cuz the other fish in the tank ate the wiggling eggs thru the netting. Next time I do it I will use the netted breeder but also put a container in there with a hard bottom so they don’t get sucked out.
